Delivery

• We deliver across India. Free delivery on orders over ₹499; a small delivery charge applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes a further 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Once shipped, you will receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp so you can follow your order.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and locations.

Returns & refunds

• You may return most items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
• If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or by UPI/bank transfer for COD orders), usually within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and copyright reasons, certain items — such as opened flash cards, activity kits, downloadable/printable products and gift cards — cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
