These Terms & Conditions govern your use of littlelearns.com and any purchase of books or class bookings made through it. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

littlelearns.com is operated by Little Learns, a sole proprietorship registered under the Rajasthan Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958.

Orders & pricing
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm acceptance when we process and dispatch your order.
- We take care to list accurate prices and descriptions, but if an error is found we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel.
- An invoice / bill of supply is provided with your order.
Payment
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking via our secure payment partner Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Your payment details are handled directly by the payment provider.

Classes & Demo Classes
- Phonics (ages 3–8) and English Grammar (ages 6–12) classes are delivered live online via Zoom in small groups of no more than 6 children.
- The Demo Class is a free, no-obligation session; no payment details are required to book it, and there is nothing to refund.
- Paid classes are booked on a monthly basis. The monthly fee covers that month’s scheduled classes for your child’s group.
Cancellation & refunds (paid classes)
- No lock-in. You may stop at any time. To cancel, please tell us before your next monthly billing date (at least 3 days in advance); you will then not be charged for the following month.
- Before the month begins: if you cancel before your child’s first class of a new billing month, that month’s fee is fully refundable.
- Once the month has begun: the fee for the current month is non-refundable, but no further months will be charged.
- If we cancel: if we cancel or are unable to deliver a scheduled class, we will offer a make-up session or a credit/refund for that class.
Missed classes, reschedules & pauses
- If your child cannot attend a scheduled class, please let us know in advance. Where space allows we will try to offer a make-up session in another group; make-ups cannot be guaranteed.
- You may pause enrolment for up to 4 weeks with at least 3 days’ notice; we will hold your child’s place subject to group availability.
Learning outcomes
Every child learns at their own pace. Any timeframes or results we mention — for example, progress within six weeks — reflect what many children achieve and are shared as a guide, not a guarantee. Outcomes depend on the individual child, their starting point, attendance, and practice at home.
Intellectual property
All website content — text, graphics, logos and images — belongs to Little Learns or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Books remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers and authors.
Limitation of liability
We provide the website and services with reasonable care but “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, products or classes. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Churu, Rajasthan.
